We are pleased to announce that our new Executive Head is Christine Dickens from Chantry School. She will be working alongside Marie Burgess and Julia Bray to continue the School’s improvement.
We thank Karen Bye for all her hard work since Easter and wish her well.
A copy of Tracy Browning’s (Chair of Governors) letter which was distributed to all parents is available to download here.

Due to a number of teachers striking on Thursday 10th July, the School will be closed that day.
This is not a decision that the school takes lightly. We understand that this will cause inconvenience to some parents but the childrens’ safety and supervision have to be our top priority.
The school will reopen on Friday the 11th July.
Please remember our Counselling sessions provided by ARC Counselling which is a private and CONFIDENTIAL service and is a available to any of our parents/carers.
Sessions are available on Monday afternoons. Please book through the office or Mrs Julia Bray.
At the beginning of the week a silver/green scooter was left in our bike shed. It belongs to one of our pupils and, unfortunately, when he went to ride it home it had disappeared. Clearly he is very upset, as this was a new gift. Can we ask to jog your memories? Perhaps you saw it somewhere? If so, could you please come in to the school office and speak with Miss Thomas. Thank you.
On Tuesday a member of staff noticed her silver Vectra had been dented on the passenger door of the driver’s side. We are asking for witnesses who may have information to inform the school. We would also like to take this opportunity to remind parents and carers that our car park is for school staff only at all time.
Please could parents and carers have a look at home to see if you have any dinner bands lying around? They are yellow, blue, white, green or red. If you do find any, could you please return them to school as we are very low on them and they do cost the school money to replace. Thank you.
