If your child has a temporary infection or illness and a doctor has prescribed medicine to be administered 4 times a day or more.Please fill in a Medicine administration form and bring the form and the medicine/cream/drops etc in, contained in a named bag. One of our specially trained TA’s will administer the dosage as prescribed.

If your child has a long term condition or chronic illness we will need to have a detailed care plan in the Academy.
Please fill in the attached form and bring it into to the Academy to discuss with your child’s teacher and/or Assistant Head Ms S Corrigan

If you are in receipt of free school meals and your child is in KS1, milk is available free of charge as it is funded by the school from the PPG grant.
If the circumstances above apply to you and you wish your child to receive milk, please complete the following:

Withdrawal from learning form

Educational trips are now mostly funded by the academy however we do ask a one off fee per child of £5.00 as a contribution to costs.

After School Sports Clubs.
Mr Ray & Mr Fraser run the afterschool sports/forest school clubs.
These run termly and place are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you are unable to book as all the spaces are currently taken, you can place your child’s name on the waiting list and if no space becomes available this term you will be given priority booking the following term if the club continues.

Clubs change termly. Please collect current options from the office.

It is up to parents to ensure they familiarize themselves with the change in timetable each month, although A copy will be emailed to each parent before the live date.
